Wasaga Jeep Fest 2023
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Wasaga Jeep Fest 2023 proposed schedule of events includes the following:

6:30am - 9:00am

Vendor/Sponsor/Event setup.

9:00am - 11:00am

Check-in/Register, Mix & Mingle.

All registered Jeeps as exhibitors are to enter event showcase area via Beach Drive and 2nd Street checkpoint and will be directed appropriately based on reserved Section.

10:30am - 10:45am

Opening Ceremony/Announcements:
Hosts will welcome all participants and spectators with special mention for Town of Wasaga Beach, The Living Wish Foundation (event charity), volunteers, clubs, sponsors and vendors, live bands, special guests.

10:45 - 12:00pm

Mix & mingle, games on the beach (Corn Hole and Potato Sack Races), complete ballots for Show & Shine categories, etc.
Only persons wearing event wristband will be permitted to participate and take part in event festivities.

12:00pm - 1:00pm

RTI Ramp Competition:
All RTI Ramp registrants will be competing to be crowned 'RTI Ramp Champ' receiving a trophy and cash prize of $500 for 1st place, $250 cash prize for runner up.

1:00pm - 2:00pm

Car Crush Competition:

All Car Crush registrants will be competing to be crowned 'Car Crush Champ' receiving a trophy and cash prize of $500 for 1st place, $250 cash prize for runner up. 

2:00pm - 3:00pm

Prizes/Awards announced and presented for Car Crush and RTI Ramp Champs.

Mix & mingle, games on the beach (Tug of war competitions, Ladder Ball), complete ballots for Show & Shine categories, raffle announcements.
Only persons wearing event wristband will be permitted to
 participate and take part in event festivities.

3:00pm - 4:00pm

Duck Dash Game - Rubber ducks will be distributed to registered ticket holders and Ducks will be numbered to identify ownership.  These ducks will race down a tarp held by participants (with the assistance of water) on 3rd Street.  Ducks placing first, second and third will win cash prizes of $200, $100, and $50 respectively! 

"King/Queen of the Beach" Competition - Four (4) participants in each round will compete for Champ being the last one standing in Winning Circle.  All King/Queen champs receive a prize.


Only persons wearing event wristband will be permitted to participate and take part in event festivities.

 

Raffle announcements.
 

4:00pm - 4:30pm

Complete and submit ballots/voting sheets for prize categories.
All attendees, including spectators, to complete ballots for categories which include Best in Modified, Best Vintage, Best Paint, Best in Show, Used & Abused, Crowd Favorite.

4:30pm - 5:00pm

Prizes/Awards announced and presented all Show & Shine categories. 

5:00pm - 5:30pm

Closing Ceremonies.
Closing remarks/announcements, event photo with all registrants/participants.
