Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

  • What does the pre-registration/ticket fee include*?  WJF23 registration fee/ticket includes:

    • admission and event wristbands for Driver and Passengers (applies to all passengers legally belted)
      to the event

    • parking spot within chosen Section A, B, C or D (based upon first come first served within purchased Section on event day)

    • window/section decal (each registrant/Jeep will have an individually assigned decal)

    • event cinch bag

    • ONE event branded T-Shirt (Sections A & B registrants receive TWO (2) T-Shirts)

    • Jeep candidate for Show & Shine voting throughout the day (Best Modified, Best Vintage, Best Paint, Best in Show, Best Most Used and Abused, Crowd Favorite)

    • participation in event/beach games throughout the day

    • option to participate in Car Crush and RTI Ramp competitions (additional cost).  Spectators are free!

    • additional goodies

    • *ALL ticket sales are final and non-transferrable.
       

  • As you are now officially sold out online for pre-sale/pre-event tickets, will there be parking available within event area/space on the day of event?  Yes!  Limited spots for event parking will be available on a first come, first served basis on event day.
     

  • Do I have to purchase the Car Crush or RTI Ramp add-ons as a spectator?  Crush or RTI Ramp add-ons as a spectator?  All spectators for both these competitions at no charge/free.  All Jeep ticket reservation/ticket holders wishing to enter and participate will be able to select applicable add-on for each (or both) of these events ($10 for each or $15 to participate in both - - option to purchase as additional is available within ticket drop down options...CASH PRIZES provided by Powerhouse Jeeps).
     

  • Can spectators participate in event games?  Spectators are not permitted to participate in any games throughout the event.  Only those wearing event wristbands will be allowed/permitted to participate.  All participants in event games will be required to complete a waiver.
     

  • Where do I pick up my registration?  QR code on registration/ticket will be scanned upon entry checkpoints (Beach Drive and 2nd Street area) then you will receive your full registration package and directed to your Section for the First Come, First Served parking spot within your specific Section.  Staff/attendants will be present at all entrance/exit areas to complete electronic check-ins accordingly. Absolutely NO in and OUT privileges for registered JEEPS of reserved parking areas.
     

  • Can I bring/park a vehicle other than a Jeep within event area?  WJF23 is a JEEP ONLY event and no other vehicles will be allowed entrance/parking as participants/registrants.  All non-Jeep vehicles will be directed to follow local traffic out off Beach Drive via 2nd Street North (one-way) to other municipal parking lots surrounding the event area.  ALL Wasaga Jeep Fest event area (streets/parking lots) will be secured accordingly for the entire duration of event day.
     

  • Are spectators allowed?  Yes spectators are allowed.  Spectators can park outside of the designated participant/registrant showcasing parking areas in the Town of Wasaga Beach municipal lots.  The municipal parking areas/parking lots SET ASIDE/RESERVED FOR WASAGA JEEP FEST REGISTRANTS/PARTICIPANTS are Beach Drive (beach front) from 2nd Street North to 3rd Street North, Third Street Lot (123 Beach Drive) and First Street Lot (68 Mosley Street) - - WHICH ARE DEDICATED/STRICTLY FOR REGISTERED/TICKET PURCHASERS JEEPS ONLY!  All other surrounding lots are available for non-registered/ticketed JEEPS, general public/spectators which are set at applicable fees by the Town of Wasaga Beach.

  • What safety requirements are required?  Safety is our number one priority.  All Jeeps taking part in the event are required to be licensed and insured and street legal.  
     

  • Are pets allowed?  Yes, dogs must be leashed and owners must use discretion.  Based upon Town of Wasaga Beach bylaws, no pets are permitted anywhere along the beachfront, however permitted on the boardwalk.
     

  • Is alcohol allowed at event?  Outside alcohol is prohibited at the event.
     

  • Are registrants/ticket purchasers allowed to bring in and use pop-up tents, shelters, lawn chairs during the event?  No pop-up tent OR shelters of any kind are permissible for use within event grounds/parking areas.  Chairs are permissible for use by registrants only if not obstructing parking spots/areas, roads, walkways, pedestrian areas.  The use of any shelters or table set up outside of the designated Vendor/Sponsor booth areas is prohibited within all event parking areas/grounds due to safety/bylaw.  This will be strictly enforced and may result in requirement to leave the event grounds.
     

  • Where can I park my trailer?  Parking of trailers not available within event areas.  Trailers can be parked on applicable lots on the outskirts of venue area.  Registrants/participants are to source and find appropriate means to park their trailers if needed.
     

  • Are resident/municipal parking passes for the Town of Wasaga Beach valid to park on event grounds?  We have secured multiple lots for Wasaga Jeep Fest 2023, hence Municipal parking passes will NOT be valid for parking within event reserved parking areas. The municipal parking areas/parking lots set aside/reserved for Wasaga Jeep Fest registrants/participants are Beach Drive (beach front) from 2nd Street North to 3rd Street North, Third Street Lot (123 Beach Drive) and First Street Lot (68 Mosley Street) - - WHICH ARE DEDICATED/STRICTLY FOR JEEPS ONLY!  All other surrounding lots are available for non-registered/non-ticket purchased Jeeps, general public/spectators which are set at applicable fees by the Town of Wasaga Beach.
