Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

  • What does the pre-registration/ticket fee include*?  WJF24 registration fee/ticket includes:

    • admission and event wristbands for Driver and Passengers (applies to all passengers legally belted)
      to the event

    • parking spot based upon first come first served within event parking only on event day (sand lot will be first allocated...early entry will commence at 7:00am day of event)

    • window decal (each registrant/Jeep decal required to be on exterior bottom drivers side of windshield)

    • event cinch bag distributed upon entry (while quantities last)

    • Jeep candidate for Show & Shine voting throughout the day (Best Modified, Best Vintage, Best Paint, Best in Show, Best Most Used and Abused, Crowd Favorite)

    • participation in event/beach games throughout the day

    • participation in Obstacle Course, Car Crush and RTI Ramp competitions

    • additional goodies

    • *ALL ticket sales are final.
       

  • Once tickets officially sold out online, will there be parking available within event area/space on the day of event?  Unknown at this time, will advise closer to event day.
     

  • Is there an additional fee to participate in the Obstacle Course, Car Crush or RTI Ramp?  These are at no charge/included for all ticket holders wishing to participate in these events during the times specified within the schedule of events (to follow prior to event)...CASH PRIZES provided by Powerhouse Jeeps.
     

  • Can spectators participate in event games?  Spectators are not permitted to participate in any games throughout the event.  Only those wearing official WJF24 EVENT wristbands will be allowed/permitted to participate.  Only registered Jeep purchased ticket holders and their passengers will receive OFFICIAL wristbands upon entry.  Participants of Games will be limited to those wearing WJF event branded wristbands.  
     

  • Where do I pick up my tickets/registration?  Ticket purchasers (upon checkout) will have an option to either have their event package regular MAILED (if purchased prior to June 16th cut-off) or PICKED UP at Powerhouse Jeeps in Barrie, ON (mandatory pick up by 5pm Wed July 3rd).  Parking on event day based upon First Come, First Served.  Staff/attendants will be present at main entrance/gate to direct each Jeep for parking. Absolutely NO in and OUT privileges.
     

  • Can I bring/park a vehicle other than a Jeep within event area?  WJF24 is a JEEP ONLY event and no other vehicles will be allowed entrance/parking as participants/registrants.  All non-Jeep vehicles are to park and pay applicable fees set by the Town of Wasaga Beach at available MUNICIPAL parking areas.  Wasaga Jeep Fest 2024 event area will be gated / secured accordingly for the entire duration of event day with no outside access other than ticket holders.
     

  • Are spectators allowed?  Yes spectators are allowed.  Spectator wristbands will be available for purchase on event day for $10 each - - of which $5 from each spectator ticket to be donated to The Living Wish Foundation.  All spectators are to park and pay applicable fees set by the Town of Wasaga Beach at available MUNICIPAL parking areas.  Wasaga Jeep Fest 2024 event area will be gated / fenced / secured accordingly for the entire duration of event day with no outside access other than ticket holders.

  • What safety requirements are required?  Safety is our number one priority.  All Jeeps taking part in the event are required to be licensed and insured and street legal.  
     

  • Are pets allowed?  Yes, dogs must be leashed and owners must use discretion.  Based upon Town of Wasaga Beach bylaws, no pets are permitted anywhere along the beachfront.
     

  • Is alcohol allowed at event?  Outside alcohol is prohibited at the event.
     

  • Are registrants/ticket purchasers allowed to bring in and use pop-up tents, shelters, lawn chairs during the event?  No pop-up tent OR shelters of any kind are permissible for use within event grounds/parking areas.  CHAIRS ARE PERMISSIBLE for use by registrants only if not obstructing parking spots/areas, roads, walkways, pedestrian areas.  The use of any shelters or table set ups outside of the designated Vendor/Sponsor booth areas is prohibited within all event parking areas/grounds due to safety/bylaw.  This will be strictly enforced and may result in requirement to leave the event grounds.
     

  • Where can I park my trailer?  Limited parking for trailers will be available just outside event areas. This area will be noted on Event Site Plan once available.
