Meet the Team

Get ready for the ultimate Jeep experience!  Wasaga Jeep Fest 2023 is coming to the Town of Wasaga Beach on July 8th, and it promises to be an event like no other. With an all-star team of organizers, volunteers and the support of the local Jeep community, this event is poised to be a huge success.

The Town of Wasaga Beach is the perfect location for our event due to the large Jeep community that exists in the Simcoe and surrounding areas.  Each team member brings a diverse set of skills and experience to the table, making WJF23 poised for immense success.  Allow us to introduce the personnel behind Wasaga Jeep Fest 2023, who will be coordinating and executing this amazing event on Saturday, July 8th, 2023 in the Town of Wasaga Beach:

Bill Foutris is considered one of the most respected figures within the Jeep community.  Bill Foutris (aka 'Billy/Jeep Bill') brings a wealth of expertise to WJF23 and his liaisons within the Jeep and local communities will be instrumental in making this event a success.  Bill has won numerous awards at prestigious events and highly regarded for his expertise in building and customizing Jeeps and heavy-duty trucks, including performance enhancements to daily driven domestic sports cars. With decades of experience, Bill is a prominent custom off-roading specialist as an ultimate vehicle consultant and fabricator.  Bills projects/builds push the limits of what 4X4 vehicles are capable of.  His loyal brand following is a testament to his conscientious one-on-one first-rate service and deliverables.

Susan Handy (Operations Manager), is a licensed Real Estate Agent and previous business owner with a strong work ethic and proven track record of success.  Susan was a member of Hespeler Minor Hockey committee for over ten (10) years and organized  one of their largest fundraisers and  responsible for coordinating volunteers and members of the hockey association.

Stephanie Settembri is responsible for coordinating joint efforts with partners to increase brand and awareness.  Stephanie brings over 20 years of proven knowledge, experience and quality service for successful first-class deliverables.  Stephanie has managed/coordinated numerous large events.

​

Ty Handy combines his passions for creativity and cars and brings these visions to life. Ty brings many years of experience rebuilding rotary motors of  vintage vehicles to engines builds, fabricating, body work, painting, drive trains, etc. Ty's  input and insight with the technical details and events for WJF23 are invaluable. Ty has worked throughout North America for various companies and also served in the Canadian Military, earning the rank of Corporal.

WJF23 is more than just an event...it's a celebration of the Jeep community and everything that makes the Town of Wasaga Beach great!  WJF23 will showcase the best of what the Jeep world has to offer and create an unforgettable experience for the local community, all participants, attendees and spectators!
